Colobridge appreciates your trust and takes full responsibility for protecting the data of its users. As a German company, we comply with the legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany, which is one of the most highly developed and reliable in the European Union in the field of personal data protection, as well as the European law on the storage and processing of personal data GDPR (General Data Protection Agreement). This Document describes the rules and principles of our use of information:

  • collected through our websites that link to this Document;
  • through pages in social networks;
  • that you provide to us when registering on our sites, when sending messages to us via chat, e-mail and other communication channels;
  • in the course of our provision of services, and by sending and analyzing e-mail messages that we send to you with a link to this Document.
The term “User” means any person who visits or otherwise uses our sites. By using the resources mentioned above, you agree to be bound by the terms of this T&C.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party companies that are not owned and/or controlled by Colobridge, or to individuals who are not employees of or contracted to Colobridge.

In addition, this Privacy Policy does not apply to information posted by customers on our computing resources as part of receiving paid services. Such information is subject to the provisions of the relevant telecommunications service agreement.

What data we collect and how we use it?

What data do we register?

Personal Data

Information that allows you to identify the user, or information relating to an identifiable person. For example, first name, last name, company name, job title, postal address, phone number, and email address. By providing us or our providers with personal information about another person, you represent that you have the authority to share that information and consent to its use in accordance with the provisions of this T&C.

Payment details

All automatic payments that you can make through your personal account are processed on the side of payment systems. We do not store your payment details, but we do have access to information held by the payment processor. This information does not include your credit card number and passwords to your accounts. It serves solely to identify the source of payment in the system and is used solely to verify the receipt of funds in our accounts.

IP address

This is a unique network address that your ISP uses to access the Internet. Each time you access the site, the IP address, time of visit, and pages viewed are automatically recognized and logged in our server logs. Fixing an IP address is a common practice for many websites, apps, and other services. We use IP addresses for statistical processing of site usage data, diagnosing server problems, and identifying regions visited.

Cookies and other data tracking

In order to develop, personalize and improve our services, we automatically collect certain data and store it in logs. Also, when you visit our pages, we may automatically collect some data from your devices. This information may include IP addresses, browser type, OS, source of referral to our site (URL), date and time. To collect this information, we use Cookies: data that allows our web services to identify you. We store information collected through cookies, logs, to reflect your preferences and interests. We may also collect information about how you use our services and resources, their functionality, the frequency of your visits and interactions.

Data about the use of our services

To maintain the quality of the services provided, monitor the health of systems, develop new services and functionality, protect our services and customers, provide technical support, we keep records of resource usage: memory, processor load, data storage usage, and other indicators.

We may also receive your data that is in the public domain from third parties and link it to data that we already have.

The purpose of collecting or recording data in each of the forms provided for this will be clear from the context of the form placement page and / or explained further in the form itself.

Why do we use personal data?

We use personal data to:

  • respond to and process inquiries from our users, including sending documents, information about our products and services, and sending emails;

  • to file a complaint or limit damages.

Transfer of personal data

Colobridge has the right to transfer personal data to third parties only in cases where this is necessary for the provision of services to customers or the performance of the company’s operations. In all other cases, personal data can be transferred only with the consent of their owner. The use of data transferred to third parties is the responsibility of Colobridge.

Protection of personal information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, misrepresentation and disclosure.

Separately, we note that existing information security methods cannot guarantee 100% protection of your data from unauthorized access or hacker attacks. That is why the transmission of personal information online always carries a certain risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us has become unsafe (for example, if you suspect a threat to your account), please notify us immediately in any way convenient for you.

How can I access my data in order to edit, supplement or delete it?

If you would like to access, modify, supplement, delete, restrict our use or disclosure of your personal data recorded and stored by us, please notify us by sending an email to privacy@colobridge. net. Upon receipt of the letter, we will be able to verify and process your request in accordance with applicable German law.

For security purposes, when we receive requests regarding personal data, we only process data associated with the email address from which the request was sent to us.

Please note that we must retain certain information in order to be required to maintain records and/or carry out transactions that began before we received a request to provide access, change or delete your data.

To protect you and your data, we may take reasonable steps to identify you when you request that we delete or change your data.

Your request to delete data may be restricted if it results in:

  • Colobridge’s violation of applicable law;
  • to the fact that Colobridge will not be able to investigate, defend and present evidence at trial;
  • disclosure of confidential data of others;
  • to violate the trade secrets of Colobridge or third parties.

How can I influence the collection of my data?

At any time, the user may refuse to disclose any information about himself. However, in this case, we will not be able to provide you with the full range of services and will not be able to process all your requests.

You have several options to opt out of Colobridge’s marketing communications: send an email request to marketing@colobridge. net, follow the link in the e-mail to suspend or deactivate the mailing, contact us through one of the feedback forms on the company’s website.

We will respond to your request(s) as quickly as possible. Please note that even if you have opted out of receiving marketing emails, we reserve the right to send you important administrative messages in some cases.

Third Party Sites

Our sites allow the user to navigate to other web resources through direct links or applications, such as the “Share” or “Like” button. The same way works in the opposite direction: you can go to our sites from other sites. However, please note that in this case, the principles of data protection, as well as the content of other sites, are specified in the Privacy Policy of the site you are visiting, and not in this T&C.

We recommend that you read the Privacy Policy of the sites, services and applications you visit regarding the registration and use of your personal or other data.

We are not responsible for the registration, use and disclosure policies and practices (including security) of other entities such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft or application developers and providers, social media providers, operating system providers, mobile phone companies or hardware manufacturers. This also applies to all personal data that you disclose to us through/in connection with your use of apps and social media pages in relation to other companies.

Third Party Services

Advertising

To display relevant ads, we use third-party services: Google Adwords, Yandex Direct, Facebook. These platforms’ ads are displayed within their ad network while you are using them. All data collected by these systems is stored and processed on the servers of these services.

Analytics

We use the services of Google Analytics, Yandex Metrcis in order to analyze the effectiveness of our websites.

Sending emails

We use the Mailchimp service to send emails to our contacts. The terms of this service’s privacy policy are here.

Children's personal data

Colobridge does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Colobridge services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. If you become aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information in breach of this agreement, please notify us immediately at privacy @colobridge. net

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The above “Effective Date” indicates when the last changes to this Document were made. Changes made to the Privacy Policy come into force from the moment its amended version is published on the website. Our customers and other users of our resources will be notified by e-mail about such changes. If you are using the Site after such changes have been made, please refer to the most current version of this Document.
