Any administration and support tasks

Extensive experience in implementing and operating IT services enables our specialists to perform software administration and hardware support tasks irrespective of their complexity. We will analyze problems and troubleshoot hardware malfunctions; this includes the situation if your IT infrastructure is hosted by other providers.

Full or partial administration if needed

We will perform any scope of administration and support tasks according to your requirements and security considerations. You can fully or partially delegate IT infrastructure maintenance tasks to us, as well as order a “remote hands” service in Germany.

Can I order the service level plan under SLA and the administration of my services at the same time?

Yes, any available SLA tariff plan can be combined with any administration package you choose. The service level (SLA) governs the response and processing time in respect of a request whereas the administration service includes a certain list of works that are sure to be performed by our technicians. By default, all Colobridge customers are serviced under Basic SLA, and all products — both physical and virtual — are also administered under Basic tariff plan.
